Steven Patti is one of Northern California’s “Super Lawyers” named by Law & Politics magazine. Since 1995, Mr. Patti has dedicated his legal career to representing injured workers and their families, with a particular focus on litigating cases for victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos related cancers.  

An accomplished trial lawyer, Mr. Patti has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts for his asbestos clients.  Mr. Patti has been an invited speaker on the topic of asbestos litigation at National Conferences. He has also participated on Steering Committees formed to determine the right of asbestos victims to compensation from companies who have declared Bankruptcy.

Mr. Patti enjoys meeting personally with each client and getting to know his or her particular circumstances. Gaining first-hand knowledge of each client motivates Mr. Patti to work hard in the pursuit of justice for the client and to passionately and effectively relay their story to the Court and jury.

Mr. Patti is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers’ Association, the California Association of Consumer Attorneys, the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, among other professional organizations.
