Lennar BVHP LLC with the Blessings of Mayor Gavin Newsom exposes young children to asbestos for months on end. More the residents that live around Parcel A that have an abundance of Serpertine Rock when crushed produces asbestos fiber and tiny particles floating in the air. These very dangerous particles are inhaled by innocent children and adults. Years from now they will all die a slow but very painful death. Recently a young man working for a Racist sub
contractor on Parcel A at Hunters Point went to a Supervisor and told
him that it was WRONG to expose young children from a near by school to
crushed serpertine rock that contains dangerous asbestos.
The contractor was working for Lennar BVHP LLC on Hunters Point and did not give the residents nor the school any notice. Chris took upon himself to defend the community and when he told the Supervisor the truth - the Supervisor spat on his face and fired him. Some of us went to the Lennar BVHP LLC trailer office by the base of Hunters Point Shipyard very close to Dego Mary's the famed restaurant that many drive miles to go enjoy a meal. The area is surrounded by crushed serpertine rock - very little of it is watered down and innocent people many by standers and residents - daily continue to breathe very dangerous tiny particles that attach to one's lungs - and years from today will die a painful death. For years we have been saying Lennar BVHP LLC is the worst developers that has no sense of decency. Now they have hired a weasel Koffi Bonner and I hope this bastard of a man will take note of what is being done by his racist sub contractors - most of them from outside and having no conscience. Young Community Developers (YCD) with Eloise Patton thinks she can train some poor Black Folks from the community and throw them into the mix and expose them to the worst harzardous material on Parcel A and the surrounding area. Such sell outs will suffer in the long run. Many of us know that serpertine rock when crushed produces asbestos but YCD thinks it is fine to send our young men healthy - only to die a slow death - years from now. Many of them do not have the right gear and equipment and many of them are not fully educated on all the hazardous materials - radiological elements the most dangerous kind surround the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The City and County of San Francisco and SF Redevelopment Agency bears liability killing our young women, men and youth. Also, the workers that have no clue that they are adversely impacted. YCD has had problem with Tectra Tech before but it now wants to ignore putting young men and women in harms way and denying the young workers the right to their Health and Safety. They remember the incident with New World Technology and the Blantant Discrimination. YCD continues to put young women and men in harms way for some paltry sum that is not worth it. Such sell outs bring shame to our community. Chris a young man - trained by YCD and placed by YCD - went to his Supervisor after learning about the crushed asbestos in very close proximity to the children of a near by school that was not fully informed nor noticed of the very dangerous activities endangering the children and putting thousands of other near by - residents and others in harms way. Chris tried to do the right thing but he was spat in his face by the Supervisor and more fired from his job. Time will tell who is right and we will not cow down to cowards and crooks sheltered by the Mayor of San Francisco - Mayor Gavin Newsom. More by Lennar BVHP LLC and the SF Redevelopment Agency headed by Marsha Rosen. Parcel A has been contracted to the SF Redevelopment Agecny under Marsha Rosen. Jesse Blout is the Base Closure Czar and works for Mayor Gavin Newsom. Lennar BVHP LLC has the contract and is not doing its job. The City bears the liability and we will see what steps to take to bring justice to this cause involving very young children. The Mayor has blood on his hands, so does SFRA and Marsha Rosen, so does Lennar BVHP LLC that has a track record of building homes on toxic land, inferior homes with inferior materials, and well known as a thug developer in Florida, New Mexico, Sacracmento and a dozen other places. Mayor Gavin Newsom thinks he can fool us all. He wants to build an Olympic Village in an area prone to the worst hazardous materials floating around - including crushed Serpertine Rock that is ASBESTOS but more radiological elements.
