The final step remaining now is a confirmation order by the district court, which is anticipated to occur rather quickly in the next month or two.
The impact of this approval is that those injured by asbestos products related to Grace and their surviving family members can now file their claims against the company, and if the claims are approved, receive significant payments for their illnesses and loss of life.
