Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital

The physicians, staff and volunteers at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Comprehensive Community Cancer Center understand that treatment of cancer goes beyond the disease. It encompasses treating the whole person, including caregivers and loved ones also impacted by cancer. It was those founding principles that lead to the creation of the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Cancer Center in 1995. Physicians and staff turned their vision of providing comprehensive cancer care to patients in our own community. Today, the cancer center is a nationally accredited Comprehensive Community Cancer Program by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons.
