Investigators

The investigators at Clapper, Patti, Schweizer & Mason play a major role in gathering important initial information about our clients. Depending on your case, they may spend a great deal of time on the telephone with you to determine how, when, and where your exposure to asbestos occurred. They will also locate and interview witnesses to develop the evidence necessary to prove your case against the asbestos companies. This is one of the most significant parts of creating a compelling mesothelioma case. Even in those instances where the place or cause of exposure appears obvious, there may actually be multiple asbestos companies that are responsible. Discovering the identities of all of these companies is imperative, and is the primary task of our investigators. The more asbestos companies we can identify who caused you our your loved one to develop mesothelioma, the more likely you are to receive the best recovery.

Paralegals

Our paralegals are involved in virtually every aspect of your mesothelioma case. From the start, they begin compiling a comprehensive file containing information provided by you, our investigators, and medical doctors. This file is an integral part of your case.
